The first step is a short discovery call. You can begin by filling out our “Tell Us About Your Project” form, which helps us understand your goals, scope, and timelines. From there, we determine whether we’re the right fit and outline an initial action plan for your next steps.

Before design work begins, we complete a detailed analysis to ensure your vision is feasible and aligned with your project goals. This includes understanding your workflow, lifestyle habits, aesthetic direction, scope of work, and project constraints.
We also prepare a site analysis, code review, and identify any bylaws or building considerations. A well-defined program at this stage saves time, reduces risk, and provides clarity on space requirements, adjacencies, and permitting needs.

Once the program is established, the design work begins. This stage brings your ideas to life through concept development, space planning, sketches, and the selection of finishes, furniture, lighting, hardware, and equipment. We coordinate any necessary consultants and provide a design development package that may include a mood board, preliminary sketches, and conceptual drawings. Offering options ensures the final direction matches your needs and priorities.

This is the most technical and detail-focused stage. We prepare all construction drawings for permits, tendering, and building. This includes plans, sections, elevations, details, and full specifications for furniture, finishes, fixtures, equipment, and lighting. We coordinate closely with engineers and consultants to ensure everything aligns. Once complete, the drawing set is submitted for permits and issued for tender. Luxury and precision come from the details—this is where everything is solidified.

Your complete drawing and specification package is sent to our trusted contractors for pricing. We have long-standing relationships with reputable trades, ensuring competitive and reliable bids. Once the two-week tender period is complete, we prepare a comparative summary and guide you through contractor selection. Construction typically begins once permits are approved and budgets are confirmed. A preliminary construction schedule is finalized at this stage.

During construction, we act as your advocate—reviewing work, answering questions, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring your design is executed with precision. We oversee the permit process, manage contract administration, and safeguard your project every step of the way.
At completion, we conduct a final walk-through, review any deficiencies, and ensure all issues are addressed. Our work is not finished until you are 110% satisfied. Only then do we reveal the completed space for you to enjoy.
