Early decisions shape project quality, cost and schedule.
The right information, analysis and direction at the outset can reveal critical constraints before they become expensive changes later in the project.

“Sue has done incredible work. We will be using her services for future projects“
From day one, it was clear that Sue was fully invested in our project. She quickly understood not only our space, but the vision for our business and who we were as people. With only a vague idea of what we were looking for, Sue brought curiosity, tenacity, and patience to realize our vision. Without her involvement, our space would likely be a shadow of what it is today.
